The FHA and VA loan limits for Ventura county increased in 2018.  The new FHA and VA loan limits for Ventura County in 2018 are:

1.  One Unit: $672,500

2.  Two Unit:  $861,250

3.  Three Unit:  $1,041,050

4.  Four Unit:  $1,293,750.
